I found this little hole in the wall Bbq place while my wife and I were visiting Natchez for our anniversary. Everything we ordered was delicious. They had an all you can eat buffet the night we went. However, we opted to order something off of the menu. The fried pickles were delicious, the brisket was seasoned perfectly. The macaroni and cheese was ok, the fries were good. The baked potato and burgers were good. We had plenty of leftovers to take back to the hotel. The brisket DID have some fat on it, but there wasn't a lot. It was a little pricey, but most bbq joints are.

The BBQ at this place is off the charts good! I took a group of 40 hungry teens and 5 adults there. I always purchase more food that I think they could possibly eat, and when I ordered ahead of time I figured that we would be taking a good bit back with us. WRONG! Those kids ate every bit. That has never happened before. Also for the first time not a single one complained. I've been doing this for a long time and there's always someone that complains...until now. The people here are great and work hard to make sure that everything is done right. I'll definitely be going back when I pass through again. If you haven't tried The Butt Hut you're missing out.

This southern bbq is pretty good. I ordered the pork ribs, chicken wings, cole slaw and potato casserole. The food was dry bbq with optional bbq sauce on the side. The inside was clean with animal decorations. The employees were great with their customer service. The girl behind the register took her time with me since I didnt know what I wanted.

So what do you do when you're at the tail end of a road trip, the wife is craving BBQ to the point that she's eying you and wondering how you would fit in the smoker, and you're driving up Highway 61 in Mississippi. Well, you Yelp the local BBQ scene, see the name "Butt Hut", and laugh out loud. Then you drive there, because BUTT HUT! And I am so glad we did. The brisket alone is worth the trip. Tender, juicy, perfectly cooked, didn't even need any sauce, but the sauce still added good flavor. Smoked pork? Excellent. Ribs? Excellent. Prices? Good. Restaurant? Clean. Rating? Five stars.

Visiting Natchez and scooted across the river looking for some good bbq. This place was good! I had loaded fries with brisket (Pig Stye fries). The meat has a nice smoke ring and great flavor. Husband got two meat meal with brisket and pulled pork and both were very good. I personally thought the pork was a little better than the brisket, but both were good solid bbq. It's a hole in the wall type place, but the dining room was exceptionally clean. Blackberry cobbler wasn't great. Microwaved from the fridge in the styrofoam container. But I left full and not disappointed!
